Here’s how to track the exact location of someone:

1. Head to the “https://iplogger.org/” URL using your favorite browser. 
2. Now select one of the given tracking options.
3. We will recommend you the “URL & Image Shortener” option. Tap on it.
4. Now you will see the “Enter any URL” option and there you need to type “www.facebook.com” and then click on the “Get IPLogger code” button. 
5. After that, you will be redirected to a new page. There you will see a special link which is just generated by the IPLogger website. This link is capable of collecting location details from whoever clicks it.
6. You need to send this code or link to the person whom location you want to track. You can copy this link and then paste it your friend’s chat on Facebook messenger. 
7. If the person clicks that link them, you can get the status of your friend by pasting this link on your browser then pressing the Enter key.

Tracking Location of Someone Using Hashtags and Tags

Another method to know the location of someone on Facebook is by using their used hashtags. See the instructions given below to know your friend’s location:

1. Search for location tags, to do that in Facebook messenger, check for the latest Facebook stories.
2. To find a location tag of a shared photo on Facebook, press on the image, and then click on the option, which is something that seems like “show location.”
3. Now your device will take you to Google Maps, and you will be able to see the location of the person.
