GST Registration

 

Goods and Services Tax – GST is tax on sale, purchase and services. Central Government manage tax on goods and services provided by companies, business man, consultant to other companies, businessman, consultant, end clients and end users.

GST Registration is one time registration and no need to renewal.  GST registration also work as new proprietorship firm registration for starting business and open current bank account to manage sale, purchase and consultancy. We will take 1 to 2 days time for apply GST Application after receiving all required documents then GST Department will take 1 to 5 days to issue GST Registration Certificate and GST Registration Number

After getting registration under GST, Liability will arise from 1st month for filing gst return monthly for paying tax and monthly-quarterly for gst sale return on choice.

Documents and Information required in case of Individual/Proprietorship Firm Registration:

  1. Photographs, PAN Card & Aadhaar Card of Individual
  2. Copy of cancelled cheque or bank statement/passbook of Firm / Individual
  3. Electricity Bill / Landline Bill/ Water Bill/ House Tax Receipt of Premises (Any Name)
  4. Rent Agreement of Premises (If Rented) - Optional
  5. Mobile Number and Mail Id
  6. Firm Name
  7. Business Activity of Firm

Documents required in case of Partnership Firm:

  1. PAN Card of LLP/Firm
  2. Registration Certificate of LLP/Firm
  3. LLP Agreement/Partnership Deed
  4. Cancelled cheque of LLP/Partner's Saving Account
  5. Photographs, PAN card & ID proof of Designated Partners
  6. Digital Signature of Authorized Person 
  7. Electricity bill/ Landline bill/ Water bill of Premise.
  8. Rent agreement, if premises are rented (Optional)

Documents and Information required in case of Pvt. Ltd. / Ltd. / LLP / OPC Company:

  1. PAN Card of the Company.
  2. Registration certificate of the Company.
  3. Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Article of Association (AOA).
  4. Cancelled cheque of the company Or Passbook of any Authorised Directors
  5. Electricity Bill / landline bill/ water bill/ House Tax Receipt of registered office or business premises.
  6. Rent Agreement of Premises (If Rented)
  7. Photographs, Pan Card and Aadhaar Card of Directors.
  8. Digital Signature of authorized person
  9. NOC from owner.
  10. Rent agreement, if premises are rented.

Time Duration for GST Registration:

We will take time for apply GST Application 1 to 2 days after received all required documents and information then GST Department will take 1 to 5 days to issue GST Registration Certificate and GST Registration Number.
